**Arbeiten Sie remote oder vor Ort?**
Beides. Ich arbeite überwiegend remote und bin für Workshops, Kick-offs oder regelmäßige Teamtage gerne vor Ort – im Raum München/Landshut unkompliziert, deutschlandweit nach Absprache.

**Übernehmen Sie auch Projekte über Vermittler?**
Ja. Ich arbeite sowohl direkt mit Unternehmen als auch über Agenturen und Projektvermittler.

I'm Manuel Müller. Since 2017 I have been building backend and cloud systems for companies in insurance, travel, automotive and e-commerce – including HUK-COBURG, TUI InfoTec, BMW Group, R+V Versicherung and BestSecret.

**What engagement models do you offer?**
Part-time with fixed days per week, fixed-price projects with a clear scope, and consulting or workshops – for example on adopting Claude Code. I'm currently not taking on full-time engagements.

**Do you work remotely or on-site?**
Both. I mostly work remotely and am happy to join workshops, kick-offs or regular team days on-site – easily in the Munich/Landshut area, elsewhere in Germany by arrangement.

**Do you take projects through agencies?**
Yes. I work directly with companies as well as through agencies and project brokers.

**What project size fits best?**
I'm most effective in teams that need to build, migrate or scale cloud backends – from startup MVP to enterprise project.

**Which industries do you work in?**
Mainly insurance (HUK-COBURG, R+V), travel (TUI), automotive (BMW Group) and e-commerce (BestSecret) – plus our own consumer apps at LaunchX. The engineering transfers well: if you need scalable backends on AWS, we should talk.
